1. ATO Correspondence via ATO Smart Docs
In our continuous effort to improve efficiency and security, all ATO correspondence will now be managed through ATO Smart Docs. This state-of-the-art system ensures your documents are handled securely and delivered promptly. You can learn more about this innovative solution here.
To access your documents, you will need to enter a code sent to you via text message. This added layer of security applies to important documents such as your notice of assessments, PAYG notices, and statements of accounts. With the rise of ATO fraud and identity theft, we see this as a necessary step to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
We are confident that this change will provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your sensitive information is protected with the latest security measures.
2. Changes to Our Payment Options
We strive to provide you with the best possible service, and as part of this commitment, we will no longer offer the "accounting fee from refunds" option. Instead, we are pleased to introduce credit card facilities for your convenience. This change reflects our goal to streamline our processes and offer more flexible payment methods.
3. Team Updates
We are delighted to share some updates about our team:
Kerri Chalwell has commenced maternity leave. We wish her all the best during this special time and look forward to welcoming her back when the time is right.
Ashlee Cawood has joined our team and has quickly become an invaluable member. She is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in working with business clients.
Chanaye Ely-Piazza, one of our first employees, has rejoined us after an extended period of Maternity Leave. We are thrilled to have her back and know she will continue to provide exceptional service.
